We want to extend a huge congratulations to Coach Reginald Chambers and his staff for an incredible season! Our boys' team made us proud by reaching the highest stage, competing fiercely until the end against the eventual state champion, Booneville. Thank you for your dedication and hard work—we're excited to see how you continue to elevate the boys' basketball program!
Congratulations to Coach Varnado and his team for clinching the Girls' Class 3A South State Championship! 🎉 They will advance to the State Championship at the start of April. Best of luck to our boys' powerlifting team as they gear up for the Boys' Class 3A South State Championship this Saturday, March 8!
This week, our softball and baseball teams are also set to take the field! Softball will kick off a two-game series against Raymond this Tuesday at South Pike at 6:00 PM, and then they'll head to Raymond on Thursday for a JV/V game at 5:00 PM. Meanwhile, baseball will begin their series against Franklin County this Tuesday in Meadville and will host them on Friday at 5:00 PM.
Don’t forget that our track teams will be competing this Thursday and Friday! The junior high team travels to Brookhaven on Thursday at 4:00 PM, while the varsity team heads to Columbia for a meet starting at 2:30 PM on Friday.
