During the last week of February, Osyka Elementary School celebrated a very special occasion - the birthday of our beloved principal, Dr. Teresa Dixon. Dr. Dixon has a unique birthday, February 29th, which means she has only marked her official birthday thirteen times!
Our students and staff went all out to make this week unforgettable with heartwarming cards, joyful songs, thoughtful gifts, a delicious cake, a festive luncheon, and a special gathering. At the gathering, our faculty and staff presented Dr. Dixon with a money box, a token of our appreciation for her dedication and hard work.
